| 摘 要： | 建立与大自然和谐相处的人类新文明,已是不可阻挡的历史潮流。人们从无环境意识到开始治理污染是一种进步;从治理污染到积极预防污染,从而实现绿色生产与消费又是一种划时代的进步。当今人类社会发展水平已不是农业文明和工业文明时期的状况了,而是进入绿色文明时期。因此,梅州的发展要强化生态环境保护的意识,坚定不移地走"绿色崛起"的科学发展新路,注重提升绿色竞争力,实现人与自然的和谐发展,这也是贯彻落实科学发展观的内在要求。

| Abstract: | The establishment of harmonious coexistence with nature of the new civilization of mankind is an irresistible historical trend.People had no environmental awaneness before,but now they take action to control pollution.This is a progress.And the development from pollution control to active pollution prevention so as to achieve green production and consumption is also an epoch-making progress.Today's level of development of human society and civilization is not at the state of agriculture and industrial civilization,but the green civilization period.Therefore,we must strengthen the awareness of protecting the ecology and environment at the progressing in Meizhou,and unswervingly chosing the new path of scientific development of "Green Rising",focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of green,so as to achieve the harmony between man and nature,this is also the inevitable requirement to implementing the concept of scientific development. |
