| 摘 要： | 采用观察法、文献资料法及个案调查等研究方法,对梅州市经营性健身俱乐部的组织结构状况进行调查,并对健身俱乐部组织结构改革的方向进行了探讨,旨在提高健身俱乐部经营管理效率,推动健身俱乐部健康持续有效发展。

| Abstract: | This article regards commercial fitness club in Meizhou as the research object,adopting research approaches such as questionnaire investigation,observing on the spot,case study etc.The article researches basic condition and analyzes its existent question,discussing reform direction of the club organization structure and proposing the corresponding countermeasure.Its aim is to improvie the club management efficiency and promote healthy and sustainable development of the dub. |
