| 摘 要： | 随着旅游业的发展,中外旅游教育在人才培养方面经过长期的探索和积淀逐渐形成了各具特色的人才培养模式,在提高旅游人才培养质量方面发挥了积极的作用和影响。通过比较分析中外旅游人才培养模式在培养体系建立、培养目标确定、课程内容设置、师资队伍建设等方面的异同,找出国内自身存在的差距,吸收国外的成功经验,对于实现我国旅游人才培养模式的优化,培养市场急需的应用型、职业型、操作型的旅游专业人才具有重要的理论与实际意义。

| Abstract: | With the development of tourism,Chinese and foreign tourism education in personnel training,through long-term exploration and accumulation,gradually formed a unique pattern of personnel training,playing a positive role and influence in improving the quality of training the tourism talent. Through the comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign tourism personnel training pattern in training system,training aim,curriculum setting,teaching staff construction of the similarities and differences,this paper finds out the gap of domestic own existence,absorbs the successful experience of abroad,to realize the optimization of tourism personnel training pattern in our country and train the market＇s urgently need of applied talents,occupation talents and operative talents of tourism specialty. It has important theoretical and practical significance. |
