| 摘 要： | 诉辩交易是美国特有的司法制度,它具有提高司法效率,节约诉讼成本等优点。我国引入诉辩交易制度有其现实必要性和可行性。我国诉辩交易制度的构建应充分考虑:确定适用的诉辩交易原则,构建与诉辩交易制度相适应的配套制度。

| Abstract: | The pleading exchange system is the unique judicature of U.S.A.It is of enhancement the effective judcature and economic cost of the lawsuit.In case it is introduced in China that is of the realistic and possible condition.The construction of pleading exchange system in China should be considered fully.The principle of pleading system and the suitable system of construction of the lawsuit should be implemented. |
