| 摘 要： | “以德治国”作为治国的基本方略 ,在社会主义现代化建设中具有十分重大的现实意义。实施“以德治国” ,关键在“以德治党”。必须努力构建与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会主义道德体系 ,把先进性要求与广泛性要求、思想道德教育与关心人民的切身利益、“以德治国”与“依法治国”有机结合起来 ,并充分利用各种载体 ,把“以德治国”落实到人民群众的伟大实践中去

| Abstract: | As the basic principle of administering the country, “Administering the country according to morality”is of great importance in the construction of socialism. The key to the application of this principle lies in “Administering the party by ethics according to morality”.We should do our best to set up a socialist morality system which is adapted to socialist market economics. We should combine the requirements of advancement with that of extensiveness,moral instruction with the people’s crucial interests,administering the country according to morality with administering the country according to law,and still we should make full use of different carriers to put principles into the practice of the masses. |
