| 摘 要： | 孔子对古代文献进行了大量的选材、整理与编辑工作,后人应给予充分肯定和客观评价。他在处理典籍文献过程中所坚持的原则和方法至今仍有可取之处,理应为今天我国业内人士所学习和发扬。要搞好文献整理工作,至关重要的一点就要汲取古人的创新精神,这也是与时俱进的重要表现。

| Abstract: | It is argued that confucious contributed greatly in the selection, arrangement and compiling of ancient files and documents and fully deserves an objective and positive tribute. This paper maintains that deriving norishment from the innovative spirits of our ancestors, which is a representation of sticking to the spirit of "keeping abreast with time", is one of the most important points to do the work of documents arrangement well, and that the principles and methods Confucious employed are still advisable for nowdays archivists in the work of files and documents arrangement. |
