| 摘 要： | 对于需要反复提及的一个名称或概念,英语习惯于变换用词,以避免重复；而汉语倾向于重复,以求名称一致。本文试图深入系统地揭示英汉语这种用词习惯差异,并探讨英语用词变换的规律和方法,旨在说明英汉互译中如何体现这一习惯差异。

| Abstract: | In English,nominal variation is habitually preferred to avoid repetition,while in Chinese,repetition is made for consistency.This paper reveals the wording differences between the two languages,and summarizes the laws and principles of English variation.It discusses how to deal with such differences in the two-way translations. |
