| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和问卷调查法对社会转型期河南省体育发展战略进行了研究,结果认为小城镇不仅仅是连接城市与乡村的纽带,而且蕴藏着丰富的人力资源,大力发展小城镇体育有助于河南省竞技体育的发展与振兴.

| Abstract: | The article made the research on the develop strategy of Henan sport while society change utilizes the literature datum method and questionnaires method,the result think that the little town not only a tache which joins the city with the village,but also containing the rich human resource,develops small town sport vigorously to conduce to the Henan athletics sport develop and promote. |
