教师的人格魅力及其德育价值

摘    要:传统的德育模式把德育的理解过程等同于智育的认识过程,主要是从外部对学生施加各种影响,德育效果不尽人意.在师生日常相处中所体现的教师人格魅力作为一种潜教育因素对学生的人格体系具有广泛、持久、内在的潜德育价值,比课堂上人生观教育所运用的书面化语言更富有魅力,具有显性的德育课程所不具有的感召力.

Abstract:The traditional moral educational model that equals the process of comprehension to the process of cognition of the intellectual education and brings influence on students from exterior leads to an unsatisfied result. The personality fascination which performed in the intercourse of teachers and students as a kind of potential educational factor have a broadly continual, inherent moral value on pupils personality system, has more magnetism than the words in classroom and has more attraction than the apparent moral cause.
