| 摘 要： | 终身体育是指一个人终身进行体育锻炼和接受体育教育的行为。高校体育是学校体育最后、最重要的一环,应充分利用学生在校学习的时机,加强对学生终身体育意识的培养,使其形成稳定的、可持久的体育情感。

| Abstract: | Lifelong Exercise refers to the behavior that a person takes up physical training and physical education for the wide life.Physical education in universities is the last and the most important step in the scholastic education.We should make full use of the students' school time and strengthen the training for consciousness of Lifelong Exercise to let students form stable and lasting physical education emotions. |
