摘    要:在线教学是后疫情时代高等教育的"新常态"。关注价值主体需求、创新在线开放课程质量优化路径,是推进教育新型基础设施建设的重要任务。在质量功能展开的视角下,在线开放课程教学服务质量在课程教学特性满足价值主体需求方面有显著的中介调节作用。为提升课程质量,课程设计与开发者应:注重价值主体需求实在信息的伴随式采集和深度分析,增强课程的移情性设计;加强联通主义学习理论指导的在线开放课程设计,系统性优化学习支持服务模型,增强课程的响应性设计;组建跨学科团队,强化学习科学领域研究成果的转化应用,增强课程的有形性设计;加强在线开放课程先期运行效果的有形性和响应性评估,实现课程的动态优化。

Abstract:Online teaching is the"new normal"of higher education in the post epidemic era.Paying attention to the needs of value subjects and innovating the quality optimization path of online open courses are important tasks to promote the construction of new educational infrastructures.From the perspective of quality function deployment,the teaching service quality of online open courses played a significant mediating and moderating role in the aspect of course teaching characteristics meeting the needs of value subjects.In order to improve the course quality,courses designers and developers should pay attention to the accompanying collection and in-depth analysis of real demand information of value subjects,enhance the empathic design of courses;strengthen the online open course design guided by the connectionist learning theory,systematically optimize the learning support service model,and enhance the responsive design of courses;establish interdisciplinary teams,strengthen the transformation and application of research achievements of learning science,and strengthen the tangible design of courses;strengthen the tangible and responsive evaluation of the early operation effect of online open courses,in order to realize the dynamic optimization of courses.
