| Abstract: | The paper aims to design and develop Web-based Education Resources on the basis of constructivism and the methodology of software engineering, which seeks to establish a general development process model that can be adapted to the rapid development of distance education and web-based education. The model is used as a guide to the professional cooperation of designers and developers in developing educational resources of high-quality. |
