现代远程教育技术在北京农村科技推广与信息服务中的实践研究

摘    要:农民作为现代农业的主体,提高其文化素质的、现代农业科技知识和技能水平以及市场经营能力,将直接影响到农村经济发展进程和效果。传统的农业科技推广模式与传播途径已经无法满足农村经济发展对科技和劳动力素质的要求。北京农村远程信息服务工程中心在研究分析北京农村居民采用农业科技的行为特征和学习障碍的基础上,率先在全国将现代远程教育技术引入农业科技推广与信息服务工作,建立起以覆盖北京地区为主的农村远程信息服务系统。该文对系统研究应用过程中涉及问题进行分析介绍,以供参考。

Abstract:As the main body of agriculture structure adjustment, the farmers technology and education level and their market-managing ability will directly affect the process and effect of rural economic structure adjustment. The traditional models of agro-technical extending and traditional transmitting ways cant satisfy the need of economic development, which requires higher education level laborers and higher technology. Based on the research and analysis of farmer抯 studying behavior and studying obstacles, Beijing Distance Information Service Engineering Center for Rural Area employs modern distance education technology into agro-technical extending and information service. A rural distance information service system has been built up covering all towns and villages of Beijing districts.
