| 摘 要： | 物权立法是世界民法典的立法潮流，我国通过借鉴世界物权立法的先进经验，结合我国民事立法的现状，制定了中国特色的物权法。该法确立了我国物权法的基本原则，并在物权法基本原则指导下，构建了具有中国特色的物权法体系的基本内容。司法实践中应准确理解和适用物权法。
