| 摘 要： | 工业题材电视剧的式微已经引发了热烈的讨论，但对于产业工人形象在当代题材电视剧中的缺失却还没有引起足够的重视。产业工人经济地位弱化与工业题材电视剧市场竞争力不足是产业工人形象缺失的深层次原因，这种缺失主要体现在工业题材电视剧体量不足和都市题材电视剧中产业工人形象的边缘化与负面表达上，而这种现象势必潜移默化影响受众的职业选择，加剧当下的“用工荒”。

| Abstract: | Although the lack of industrial drama has caused a heated discussion, the lack of the image of industrial workers in contemporary drama has not got enough attention .The deep reason of the lack of industri?al workers image in contemporary drama is the weakening of industrial workers status and the weakened mar?ket competitiveness of industrial drama.This lack mainly reflected in the deficiency of industrial drama and the negative express and marginal of industrial workers image,and this phenomenon will definitely influence audiences’ vocational choice and further intensify the labor shortage problem. |
