摘    要:工程伦理教育在高校工科工程素质培养中受到越来越多的关注。针对高校工科现行工程伦理教育开展现状进行了问卷调查,根据问卷调查结果,分析了工程伦理教育存在的问题,并结合工程训练中心实践教学优势,提出在工程训练实训中融入工程伦理教育的教学模式,从教育目标、教学方法等方面搭建了工程伦理教育教学框架。该项教学改革旨在加强对学生伦理意识的培养,切实提高学生的工程素养,提高人才培养质量。

Abstract:Engineering ethics education receives more and more attention in the training of engineering quality in colleges and universities. In view of the current situation of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities, a questionnaire survey is conducted, and according to the results of the questionnaire survey, the existing problems in engineering ethics education are analyzed. In combination with the practical teaching advantages of the Engineering Training Center, the teaching mode of integrating engineering ethics education with engineering training is put forward. The teaching framework of engineering ethics education is set up from the aspects of educational objectives, teaching methods, etc. This teaching reform aims at strengthening the cultivation of students’ ethical awareness, improving their engineering literacy and enhancing the quality of talent training.
