| 摘 要： | 分析了高校实验室辐射与防护安全管理工作的状况,提出高校实验室辐射与防护安全管理对策,包括:(1)建立辐射与防护管理体系(领导体系、制度体系和责任制);(2)实行安全教育培训制度与持证上岗制度;(3)加强安全检查与监督;(4)加强核安全文化建设。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the situation of safety management of radiation and protection in university laboratories,and puts forward some countermeasures for such management,which includes establishing radiation and protection management system (leadership system,mechanism system and responsibility system),implementing safety education and training system and certification system,enhancing safety inspection and supervision,and strengthening the construction of nuclear safety culture. |
