摘    要:现代化的石化工业全部或部分工段实现计算机控制,仿真技术在石化行业安全评价、安全监测与安全训练等领域正在或即将发挥着越来越重要的作用。以石油炼制常减压蒸馏工艺流程为例,从安全仿真培训角度出发,分析工程实践中可能存在的危险因素,将班组监控内容及要求实际案例带入仿真训练课堂,学员可达到一种身临其境执行应急预案的感觉。增强学员化工仿真安全意识,并在此基础上提高理论水平和工程实践能力。
