减摇实验装置冷却系统设计

摘    要:该文针对实验室中各液压实验装置进行冷却系统设计,包括液压系统的发热计算、冷却器的选型、泵的选型和管径计算等.在设计中按3台设备同时使用进行计算,同时兼顾其它设备,使其在任何一种工作情况下都达到所要求的冷却效果.

Abstract:In this paper, The main job is to design cooling water system for hydraulic test units in the laboratory, including heat calculating of hydraulic system, pattern selection of cooler, pipe diameter calculating and so on. The system is designed when three units are working at one time, and other units are also considered. In this way, the required cooling effect could be obtained in any working condition.
