自制USB采集卡构成虚拟仪器数据采集系统

摘    要:目前在教学实验系统中越来越多地采用虚拟仪器技术来构建数据采集和处理系统,虚拟仪器的核心包括数据采集卡和上位机驱动、分析软件。在我们研制的旋转机械故障诊断检测实验系统中采用了自制的USB接口的数据采集卡,编写了驱动程序,并与Labview应用软件进行了链接。这样既节省了成本又保持了虚拟仪器的功能,是实验设备建设中一种较好的方法。

Abstract:At present,most teaching experiment systems are using the virtual instrument technology(VI) for the development of data collecting system more and more. And the core of VI is the data collecting card and the card driver as well as the analyzing software.In our experiment system of vibration condition monitoring,we used customized USB card and programmed the driver and especially we linked the USB card with Labview.This can both save the cost and make full use of the function of VI.So it is a very good method of developing experiment system in labs.
