智能制造背景下自动化类专业综合实践平台的设计与实践

摘    要:该文结合自动化类专业实践环节实际情况,设计了基于智能制造的自动化类专业综合实践平台,重点介绍了实践平台设计方案、硬件组成、实验项目以及实施成效。实践证明,实践平台能满足智能制造背景下自动化类专业人才培养实践要求,提高了学生的动手能力、工程设计能力、系统意识和创新意识,为自动化类专业人才培养提供了可借鉴的新途径。

Abstract:In this paper, combined with the actual situation of automation professional practice, a comprehensive practice platform for automation specialty based on intelligent manufacturing is designed. The design scheme, hardware composition, experimental project and implementation effect of the practice platform are mainly introduced. Practice has proved that the practice platform can meet the practical requirements of training automation professionals under the background of intelligent manufacturing, improve students’ practical ability, engineering design ability, system awareness and innovation consciousness, and provide a new way for the training of automation professionals.
