| 摘 要： | 高校国有资产处置是资产管理全生命周期的最后一个重要环节。针对高校国有资产处置存在的问题,结合华侨大学多年资产处置实践案例,从理论和实践层面研究探索高校国有资产处置精细化管理的必要性和价值,剖析破解问题症结,构建以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享为一体的国有资产处置管理体系,为高校国有资产处置精细化管理提供策略建议,实现高校国有资产的极致利用和绿色处置。

| Abstract: | The disposal of state-owned assets in colleges and universities is the last important link in the whole life cycle of asset management. In view of the problems existing in the disposal of state-owned assets in colleges and universities, and combined with the practical cases of Huaqiao University for many years, this paper studies the necessity and value of fine management of state-owned assets disposal from the theoretical and practical levels, analyzes and solves the crux of the problems, and constructs a state-owned assets disposal management system with the integration of innovation, coordination, green-environment, opening and sharing as one, so as to provide strategic suggestions for the fine management of state-owned assets disposal and realize the ultimate utilization and green disposal of state-owned assets in Colleges and universities. |
