摘    要:依托国家级化学实验教学示范中心和国家理科基地建设,通过完善创新人才培养方案、构建创新能力培养体系、制定科研训练规章制度、引导开展科学研究训练等4个方面的工作,构筑高素质化学创新人才实践创新能力的培养平台。近几年实践证明,化学创新人才培养成效显著。

Abstract:Relying on national chemical experimental teaching demonstration center and national science base construction,through improving innovation talent culture project,constructing the training system for innovative ability,developing scientific research training rules and regulations,and actively carrying out scientific research,the platform for training high qualified chemical talents with practical and innovative abilities is constructed.It has been proved in recent years that,cultivation of innovation ability in chemistry experiment effect is distinct.
