| 摘 要： | 教育技术是促进高校教育信息化建设,深化教育教学改革的重要实践领域。新建本科院校在推进教育技术发展过程中存在的问题有:管理层面;机构建设;教师素质;环境建设。推动新建本科院校教育技术发展的对策有:注重学习,转变观念,加强宏观规划;规范设置,完善职能,提升工作创造性;加强宣传,激发参与,强化教育技术培训;加大投入,软硬兼顾,提高应用水平。
