| 摘 要： | 根据钦州港口物流发展基础，钦州港目前所面临的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁，特别是钦州保税港区获得批准，借鉴上海、天津、大连、青岛等港口物流功能定位的成功经验，特别是保税港区的保税物流的成功经验，钦州港物流中心功能应以港口为依托、以临海产业和国际物流为支撑，打造亚太地区重要的国际物流枢纽和资源配置枢纽、区域性国际航运中心、区域性国际物流中心、区域性国际生产与加工基地、区域性国际财政与金融中心、区域性国际经贸法律服务中心、港口物流信息中心、区域性国际物流人才交流中心等七大中心功能。
