| Abstract: | Instructors' work in institutions of higher learning should be student-oriented and stress on the awareness of love,contribution to the students and sense of responsibility.Instructors should respect,care students and communicate with them without any prejudice and discrimination.Additionally,instructors need to increasingly improve their abilities to meet the requirement of their work. |
