| 摘 要： | 钦州市是桂南沿海经济区四大支撑城市之一,由于传统观念、错误开发观念影响以及海洋教育相对滞后,钦州海洋意识仍显薄弱.这关系到钦州区域经济发展、国家民族的兴衰以及人类的未来希望.建议采取在学校增设海洋专业课程,普及海洋科学,重视城市海洋文化建设,创建钦州海洋信息系统等措施,增加人们了解海洋的途径,增加钦州人的海洋意识,推动钦州海洋经济持续发展.

| Abstract: | Qinzhou, in spite of being one of the key cities along Guangxi coast, has been always puzzled at a weak marine-awareness owing to its tradition, wrongly-exploitation and relatively lagged marine-culture. While having a scientific marine-idea has a direct determination to Qinzhou's regional economy, national development and man's bright future. The present paper has a suggestion on opening the marine education course to promote marine-culture for setting up Qinzhou's marine information system, marine technique data bank and right marine-idea to guide a sustainable development of its marine-economy. |
