扬州市建筑垃圾资源化处理现状研究

摘    要:扬州市建筑垃圾主要来源于市政道路改造建设、废旧房屋拆除、新建房屋施工、建筑装修过程.政府出台了相关法规,加强了对建筑垃圾处理的管理和指导.采用固定式破碎-磁选-筛分设备生产再生骨料,基本性能符合相关技术要求,可用于道路基层水泥稳定碎石、厂区内道路路面混凝土、房屋基础垫层混凝土、再生骨料混凝土路面砖等.最后,对垃圾分类收集及企业特许经营等问题提出了合理的建议.

Abstract:The construction waste in Yangzhou city mainly comes fi'om municipal road reconstruction, demoli- tion of old houses, new housing construction, and architectural decoration process. The government issued rel- evant laws and regulations to strengthen the management and guidance of the construction waste disposal. This paper suggests employing stationary crushing-magnetic separation-screening equipment to produce recycled ag- gregates. It concludes that the basic properties of the recycled aggregate comply with relevant technical re- quirements and the recycled aggregate can be used in cement-stabilized crushed stone base, factory road pave- ment concrete, building foundation pad of concrete and recycled aggregate concrete pavement brick, etc. And it ends up with the reasonable suggestions on separate waste collection and corporate franchise.
