| 摘 要： | 工程变更在工程项目实施过程是经常发生的,工程变更管理的实质是合同管理。文章从工程变更的定义、工程变更管理的任务、工程变更审批的权限、工程变更处理程序、工程变更图纸的提供、工程变更价款的调整与支付六个方面,对99版《建设工程施工合同》示范文本相关条款提出完善的建议。

| Abstract: | Engineering change usually takes place during the course of construction.In fact,the nature of engineering change management is contract management. This article puts forward some suggestions on perfecting related items in Demonstration Text of Construction Contract issued in 1999 from six aspects such as the definition of engineering change,the mission of engineering change management,the extent of authority about examining and approving engineering change,the processing procedure of engineering change,the provision of engineering change drawing and the readjustment and payment of engineering change cost. |
