| 摘 要： | 产学研结合是高等职业院校培养应用性技术、管理人才的直接有效途径之一,也是高职教育对地方经济发展影响最为直接、最为密切的途径之一。在现有的教育资源条件下,可从社会和高职院校两个层面进行积极地努力和探索,真正地落实产学研相结合,才能更好地实现高职人才培养目标,提高高职院校毕业生岗位适应能力和就业创业能力,培养出企业需要的技术应用性人才,促进地方经济社会发展。

| Abstract: | Combining production,teaching and research is one of the direct effective paths of developing talents with capabilities of applying technology and management experience in higher polytechnic colleges.Moreover,it is also the most direct way closely related with the development of local economy.Truly realizing the combination of production,teaching and research can be explored from two aspects,that is,both the society and polytechnic colleges should make efforts to realize the aim under current educational resources available,thus the aim of cultivating talents in polytechnic colleges,improving students' capabilities of adapting to posts and doing pioneering work after graduation and training technology application oriented talents needed by enterprises to promote the local economic and social development can be fulfilled better. |
