| 摘 要： | 高等院校的改革发展，使工会工作面临一个新的形势。工会要在学校改革发展中发挥作用，必须在校党委领导下，解放思想，与时俱进，组织教职工积极参与民主管理、参与改革；深入基层，掌握实情做好思想工作；加强自身的改革和建设，为教职工办实事，办好事，发挥好校党委的参课和行政的助手作用。

| Abstract: | With the reformation and development of colleges and universities, the Trade Unions at colleges are faced with a new situation. Under the leadership of the college Party Committee, it's expected that the trade union should emancipate the mind, keep pace with the times, and organize the teaching and administrative staff to take an active part in the democratic management and reform ; that the trade union should go down to the grass-roots and hold the actual situation to carry out the ideological work; that it should also strengthen its own reform and construction and handle concrete affairs in a down-to-earth manner for the college staff. Only in this way, can the trade union bring into full play the role as a good staff of college Party Committee and as an executive helper. |
