高职教育"产学研结合"的内涵及特征研究

摘    要:针对高职教育界对“产学研结合”工作中存在的模糊认识,从概念上澄清“产学研结合”涵义,并对“产学研结合”的内涵和特征进行了理论研究。研究认为高职院校的产学研结合不仅需要与企业、科研部门结合,更要注重其内部的产学研结合;既要抓人才培养的产学研结合,也要抓双师型师资队伍建设的产学研结合。

Abstract:In view of the fuzzy understanding existing in the work of Combination of Productivity, Learning and Research in the world of higher vocational education, this paper clarifies the intension of Combination of Productivity, Learning and Research from the concept. And based on this, it makes a theoretical research into its connotation and characteristics. The research shows that the Combination of Productivity, Learning and Research in higher vocational colleges not only needs to combine with the enterprises and the scientific research departments, but even to stress its internal combination; not only attaches importance to combination of personnel-training, but also the one of the building of teaching staff with more than one professional titles.
