基于管带式散热器结构参数优化设计研究

摘    要:从减少耗材的要求出发,在对散热器传热特性分析的基础上,建立了以散热带数目N,单根散热带波峰数M,散热带波距W及翅片高度H为优化变量的优化模型,开发了优化程序,并对MHD284型散热器进行实例计算。结果表明,优化后的散热带有色金属Cu的消耗较原方案减少1.8%,单位散热量下的泵耗功率下降7.2%。

Abstract:According to the requirement of decreasing the material uses and improving the heat loss performance of the radiator, an optimization model which takes the number of fin ( N), the number of wave peak ( M ), the wave length(W) and the fin height(H) as optimal variables is established based on the analysis of the heat transfer characteristics and the optimal design program is also developed. The result shows that the consumption of nonferrous metal Cu is reduced by 1.8% and the pump loss power is dropped by 7.2% through calculation with radiator of type MHD284.
