| 摘 要： | 网络作为"第四媒体",具有多元性、即时性、开放性和无界限性。网络对网民的吸引,网民对网络的依赖,对新时期高校思想政治工作带来了严峻的挑战。为此我们应充分认识网络影响的双向性,树立正确的网络观;充分认识网络传播的新特点,建立思想政治教育新模式;充分认识网络发展规律,切实加强网络思想政治工作队伍建设。

| Abstract: | As the fourth medium, network is characterized by being multivariable, instant, open and limitless. The appeal of network to netizens and the netizens' dependence on the Internet has brought about a grave challenge to ideological and political work at colleges in the new times. Therefore, we should recognize the two-way characteristic influenced by the Internet and establish the sound conception of network; fully realize the new features of net spread and set up the new ideological and political model; fully understand the developing law of network and promote the web construction of ideological and political work. |
