知识管理与图书馆管理创新

摘    要:本文通过对知识管理概念,内容及特征的详细阐述,指出知识管理是图书馆在21世纪获得自我生存和发展的必要条件。图书馆必须对管理机制,组织机构,管理模式,人力资源,文化环境等方面进行新一轮的整合和创新,其管理针逐渐从狭的文化资源管理转移到信息资源与知识资本的管理和以人为本的人力资源管理并重的轨道上来,以提高图书馆管理的整体综合效能。文章进一步论述了图书馆管理创新的内容和途径。

Abstract:By discussing the concept, content and characteristics of knowledge management this paper points out that knowledge management is a necessary condition for the library to survive itself and develop in the 21st century.The administration system, organization structure, mode of management, human resources and culture environment of library management demand their further innovation and integration on its coming stage of administration.To upgrade its comprehensive function and overall efficiency the emphasis of library administration need to be shifted progressively from its mere management of literature resource up to the management of information resource and knowledge capital based on human resource orientated system.This paper focuses on a few key points of the innovation of library management.
