| 摘 要： | 经过分析比较地方高校与教育部直属高校在科技人力、科研经费、开展国际交流以及科技成果等投入、产出方面情况发现地方高校无论在科研投入,还是科技产出方面都落后于教育部直属院校.地方高校要改变现状,需要在打造科研团队,增加科研经费,提高课题申报能力等方面加大努力,才能从根本上提升自身的科技竞争实力.

| Abstract: | The authors analyze and compare the basic information of local tertiary institutions and universities directly under the Ministry of Education in Sci-Tech research area.The result shows that local tertiary institutions fell behind universities directly under the Ministry of Education for their performance.In order to improve the current situation,local tertiary institutions have to create research teams,increase Sci-Tech input,enhance the capabilities of project application. |
