| 摘 要： | 当今中国处在社会发展的转型期,政府机构从上到下也在由计划经济体制下的"管理型政府"向市场经济体制下的"服务型政府"进行一系列的转变。中东部及沿海地区借助优越的地理位置和良好的经济环境在政府职能转变方面走得相对较快一些,中西部的民族地区虽然没有这样先天的优势,却也在努力寻求建设服务型政府的途径。近年来,许多专家学者对此提出了自己的观点和建议,将这些建设服务型政府的途径综合比较研究,以方便政府部门选取利用,加快建设社会主义社会。
