| 摘 要： | 船舶工业属于劳动密集型、技术密集型的综合性重型装备产业,技术含量高,劳动强度大,作业工种多,当前产业结构处于深度调整期。高职船舶人才不仅需要掌握与行业转型升级同步的专业能力,更需要具备适应企业发展、岗位变迁的可持续发展核心能力。通过对船舶行业人才结构与岗位现状调研分析,探讨船舶行业技能型人才专业能力和职业核心能力构成,探索以能力为导向的高职船舶人才培养路径。

| Abstract: | The shipbuilding industry is a labor-intensive,technology-intensive comprehensive heavy equipment industry with high technical content,high labor intensity,and many types of operations,whose structure is in a period of deep adjustment.Higher vocational ship talents not only need to master the professional ability to synchronize with the transformation and upgrading of the industry,but also need to have the core ability of sustainable development to adapt to enterprise development and post changes.Based on the investigation and analysis of the talent structure and position of the shipbuilding industry,this paper accurately defines the professional competence and professional core competence of the shipbuilding industry,and explores the ability-oriented training path for high-quality ship personnel. |
