摘    要:基于教学数据的学习分析是智慧教育研究关注的热点与难点问题之一。面对智慧教学环境所采集的跨平台异构、多源、非完整以及动态演化的数据,研究交互可视化分析机制,有助于构建云端结合的数据分析生态系统。文章基于智慧课堂研究教学过程性数据可视分析方法与交互呈现方式,提出数据分层分析框架。针对传统分析方法交互不足和理解性差的问题,提出一种基于认知模型的人机交互可视化分析方法。以实际应用中记录的3000多节智慧课堂数据为例,搭建动态生成性数据采集与分析原型系统并开展实证研究,为优化动态生成性数据采集与分析提供新方法。

Abstract:Learning analytics based on teaching data is one of the hot and difficult issues in smart education. Facing the heterogeneous, multi -source, incomplete and dynamic data collected in smart learning environment, the research on the mechanism of interactive visual analysis is helpful to build a cloud-based data analysis ecosystem. Based on the method of visual analysis and interactive presentation of teaching process data, this paper proposes a framework of hierarchical data analysis. In order to solve the problems of inadequate interaction and poor understanding of traditional analysis methods, this paper proposes a visual analysis method of human-computer interaction based on cognitive model. Taking 3,000 smart classrooms data recorded in practical application as an example, this paper builds a prototype system for dynamic generative data acquisition and analysis and carries out an empirical study to provide a new method for optimizing dynamic generative data collection and analysis.
