互联网时代老年群体终身学习现状调查报告

摘    要:互联网时代下分析老年群体终身学习需求,探索其终身学习有效途径,是建设学习型社会的重要内容。研究基于实证研究范式,结合文献研究法与问卷调查法,以北京市2500位老年人为样本,调查互联网时代老年群体终身学习现状,分析老年群体在互联网时代终身学习的需求及困难,并进一步探究信息技术对老年群体终身学习的影响和作用。研究发现:第一,信息技术已经成为促进老年群体终身学习的重要因素,但其终身学习信息技术应用满意度仍需提升;第二,通过提升老年群体的信息化学习能力、推动相关法律法规建立、开展弱势群体保护等多种途径,能够解决老年群体终身学习所面临的多项学习困难。因此,研究提出加强互联网时代老年群体学习特征研究、开展老年群体使用信息技术相关培训、丰富数字学习资源和构建互联网时代老年群体终身学习体系四条建议,希望为政府制定老年群体终身学习相关政策提供参考,并为各类组织建设老年群体终身学习服务体系提供借鉴。

Abstract:It is an important part of building a learning society to analyze the lifelong learning needs of the elderly and explore effective ways of lifelong learning in the Internet era.Based on the empirical research paradigm and combined with the literature research and questionnaire survey,this study takes 2500 seniors in Beijing as samples to investigate the status quo of lifelong learning,analyze the needs and difficulties of lifelong learning,and further explore the impact of information technology on lifelong learning of the elderly in the age of Internet.The research findings show that:(1) information technology has become an important factor to promote the lifelong learning of the elderly,but their satisfaction with the application of lifelong learning information technology still needs to be improved.(2) Through improving the information-based learning ability of the elderly,promoting the establishment of relevant laws and regulations,and protecting the vulnerable,many learning difficulties faced by the elderly in lifelong learning can be solved.Therefore,this study puts forward four suggestions in the Internet age,including strengthening the researches on the learning characteristics of the elderly,carrying out the training on how to use information technology,enriching digital learning resources and building a lifelong learning system for the elderly in the Internet age.It is hoped that those suggestions will provide references for the government to formulate relevant policies on lifelong and for various organizations to construct lifelong learning service system for the elderly.
