网络课程学习支撑环境的设计

摘    要:信息技术的发展,知识以爆炸的方式增长,向传统教育提出了挑战,也为远程教育和终身学习的实现提供了可能.网络环境下的学习具有个性化、协同性、资源丰富等特点,有利于培养学生的自主学习能力和创新精神.文章在分析我国现有网络教学平台的基础上,依据现代教学设计理论和学习理论提出了网络学习支撑环境的组成模块,分析了各模块的特点.并论述了网络学习人力资源支撑环境的组成.

Abstract:The development of Information Technology and the increase of knowledge in an explosion manner,raise challenges to traditional eduction,provide possibilities of realizing distance education and life-long study.On-line study has the peculiarities of being personal coordinative and with resource abundance.It's good for creating the active-study ability and creative spirit for the student.This paper,hased on the analysis of our country's current situation of on-line teaching platform and in accordance with modern teaching design theory as well as studying theory ,gives the composition modules of supporting conditions for on-line study,discusses the peculiarities of eachmodule,and describes the organization of human resource supporting conditions of online study.
