| 摘 要： | 以信息化视域下高职院校学生管理工作研究为重点,以当下高职院校学生管理工作具体情况为依据,首先分析学生管理信息化内容,介绍信息化视域下高职院校学生管理工作现状;其次从创设学生网络、更新服务内容和方式,设置心理课程、对学生进行正面管理,组建管理队伍、增强管理工作人员素质能力,构建管理系统、体现学生管理有效性,完善管理流程、强化学生管理效果几个方面深入说明并探讨信息化视域下高职院校学生管理工作的有效策略,旨在为相关研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | This article mainly studies the student management work in higher vocational colleges under the horizon of informatization.Based on the specific circumstances of the present student management work in higher vocational colleges,first,the paper analyzes the student management information content and introduces the status quo of student management work in higher vocational colleges under the horizon of informatization;secondly,from aspects of creating the student network to update the service content and methods,setting up psychological courses to undertake positive management to the students,conducting a management team to enhance staff quality and ability,building management system to reflect the effectiveness of student management,perfecting the management process to strengthen the effect of student management,the effective strategies of student management in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of informatization are illustrated and discussed so as to provide reference for related research. |
