| 摘 要： | 贪腐犯罪的主要心理生成机制是腐败官员对不良客观现实的反映，将权力投入不正当交易并获取巨额利润，即是其腐败心理的外化。领导干部贪腐现象的产生是一定社会历史条件下内外因素交互作用的结果。为此探究腐败官员实施腐败行为背后的腐败心理，并觅寻与之相对的化解对策是我们有效预防腐败的重要途径。本文通过对领导干部贪腐犯罪心理的特点、产生原因等方面进行分析和探究，以期从心理透视与矫治的角度思考对于领导干部贪污腐败犯罪的预防对策。

| Abstract: | The main mental generative mechanism of leaders＇ corruption crime is the reflection of the bad reality, and use the power to do something bad and gain some profits, which is the representation of the corruption mind. The phenomenon of leaders corruption crime is the result of the certain social history condition and the condition of the outside and the inside world. Therefore, exploring the mind of the corruption crime and looking the strategy for this crime is the important route of solving corruption crime. This article makes an analysis of the mental character of corruption and gets some strategies of preventing the corruption crime. |
