摘    要:教师反思的最终目的在于提高教育教学质量,促进学生的发展,这决定了教师的实践性反思的成果应向实践转化,应时后继的教育教学行为起监控、调整和改造作用。实现这种转化的条件是教师对教育教学的"有问题"部分的反思应成为内含建设性方案的完整的反思;教师不仅应反思教况,更应反思学况;应减少对教师教育教学的不合理的干预,增强教师的教育教学行为的自主性;教师应具有强烈的改革意识,积极投身教改;应克服职业取向的物化倾向,努力追求自我实现。

Abstract:The ultimate aim of teachers' reflection is to propel the quality of education and teaching and to promote the students,which determine the transformation form teachers' reflection to the practice.The condition of the transformation is the teacher's reflection on"problems"in education and teaching;the teacher not only reflects the state of teaching,but reflects the state of learning;reduce the irrational intervention from teachers,strengthen the automation of teacher's acts;be of strong revolutionary consciouness,join the revolution of teaching;overcome the inclination of materials,pursue the self-realization.
