中小学教师新课程改革倦怠心理透视

摘    要:由于对新课程的批判存在偏颇,新课程改革对教师专业发展提出了更高的要求,改革与教师所处的现实存在着种种矛盾,改革的效益短时期内不能出现,改革存在瑕疵等原因,中小学教师新课程改革倦怠心理较为严重。这种现象将严重影响到新课程改革的深入,必须从建立社会支持系统、改进学校管理、提高教师自身素质等方面来加以预防和化解。

Abstract:The sluggish mentality in curriculum reform of teachers in primary and middle schools has been comparatively serious because of the following causes:the criticism on new curriculum has been partial;the reform of new curriculum has made higher repuirements for specialty development of teachers;different contradictions have existed between the reform and realities for trachers;the benefits of the reform have not been able to appear in a short period;and there have been flaws in the reform.this phenomenon of sluggish mentality will seriously affect the further reform of new curriculum,so it must be prevented and eliminated from the following aspects:establishing social supporting systems,improving school management and enhancing the puality of teachers.
