| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法，对泉州师院女生参加体育活动的动机，对体育运动项目兴趣爱好的需求情况进行调查，分析了高师女生参加体育活动的特点，对如何更好的调动高师女生参加体育活动的积极性提出几点建议，以促进女大学生自觉积极地参加体育锻炼，促进其身心健康发展及终身体育锻炼。
