| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对泉州晋江市广场健身舞开展现状进行调查.结果表明：晋江市广场健身舞指导员性别与年龄结构不合理、文化水平较低、专业能力与综合素质较弱;组织形式以民间组织为主,政府支持为辅;参与者年龄、性别结构不合理;使用设备主要由居民自备或民间体育组织提供,资金困境是其发展面临的最大问题.因此,出台社会体育指导员人力资源配置和培训制度,开展形式多样的广场健身舞比赛,加大对广场健身舞的物质支持和资金投入等是提升晋江广场健身舞水平,推动晋江全民健身运动发展的主要举措. |

| Abstract: | Using the methods of documentation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, a research on the current situation of the plaza fitness dance in Jinjiang Quanzhou is carried out. Results indicate that the gender and age structures of the plaza fitness dance instructors are disproportionate their educational level,professional competence and overall ability are relatively weak the activity is mainly managed by civil organizations, assisted by government; the age and gender structures of the participants are disproportionate~ hardware facilities are brought by residents or are supplied by folk sports organizations ~ financial difficulty is the biggest problem for its development. In order to improve the overall fitness participation of Jiniiang, we should introduce systems on the training and allocation of social sports instructors, carry out plaza fitness dance competitions and increase capital investment in the plaza fitness dance. |
