| 摘 要： | 分析、研究花菇生产的三要素-菌株、温度和湿度,针对闽南温暖潮湿的不利条件,筛选高产和花菇率较高的优良菌株,辅以合适的生产季节和严格选择生产场地,科学地进行出菇管理,对北纬27度以南的闽南地区花菇栽培的难题提供了解决的方法。 |

| Abstract: | The thesis is about the relationships between "Huagu" and the three main factors which have strong effect on it, strain, temperature and moisture. Because of much mild and humid climate here, it's necessary for producing "Huagu" to choose high quality strain, suitable growth times and put "Huagu" under scientific control. Finally, the thesis presents the solution of producing "Huagu" in the southern region of Fujian. |
