| 摘 要： | 通过分析罗汉果中葫芦烷三萜甙类、多糖类、脂肪酸类、蛋白质及氨基酸类、维生素类、无机元素类和黄酮类的药理活性成分，发现罗汉果及其提取物对机体抗氧化损伤、提高免疫能力、保护组织器官、活血化瘀、镇咳祛痰、抑菌抗炎、抗癌变、调节血脂与血糖代谢、防治糖尿病等作用明显，这为拓宽罗汉果及其提取物在竞技训练和运动保健养生领域的应用前景提供了理论与现实基础．
