| 摘 要： | 为保障高校教育质量,俄罗斯于20世纪90年代推行了新的高校综合评估政策。该综合评估由对高校的认可、评定与国家鉴定三个步骤构成。其中,高校认可与国家鉴定是俄罗斯高校综合评估中的两个重要步骤。

| Abstract: | Russia carried out a new comprehensive evaluation policy in the 1990s in order to ensure quality of college. The policy is made up of three procedures that includes acknowledgement, evaluation and state verification. The evaluation has already been in Soviet Union, college acknowledgement and state verification are both important procedures in Russian college evaluation. |
